Elder Scrolls Online

Nothing makes this game more fun than the people and characters you come across... from the bystanders in Vivec to the mat. farmers in Craglorn to the nightblades that keep killing you in Imp. City when you are just trying to do your dailies...

This game is (at the time of writing) six years old and still makes me stop and pause at how great it looks sometimes. I've got all the wayshrines but there are still corners of Tamriel I have never seen and it drives me insane.
