Misc.

Still needs some work...

The original of this is in the People gallery.

Photoshop to get rid of the background, a little double-exposure action with a Creative Commons forest picture, then a Photoshop Express grunge overlay to give it a rough feel.

Touch of red tinting afterwards in Lightroom to give it the rusty look.

Can never remember what armor this is, but this was of my friend Tharg and I liked how it turned out. May revisit in the future.

Love those dark backgrounds!

The original (in the People gallery) was pretty cool by itself, but I did like the way the background looked with the dark layer-y touch.

Lightroom exposure adjustment and localized sharpening on the character (Azura?) in Photoshop, then a really wicked liquify effect from a phone app (I know, right?) called BeCasso. Then back into Photoshop with the burn tool to crisp up those edges and oh god slap some vignetting on that baby to finish the job.

MOSGUZZZZZ!!!

If you haven't met Mosguz yet you missin' out, buddy.

Photoshop: cut-out, double-exposure with a CC image of a forest (same one used for Tharg, gives it that cool edge at the bottom that are actually upside-down trees), then Burn tool + Alt to lighten some spots up.

Orange background layer with a slightly darker gradient 'round the outside, 'round the outside, 'round the outside.

Grain filter over everything.
